Responsibilities
- Provide high quality Finance SME services for assigned projects
- Lead, manage, develop and perform testing plans for various work streams
- Provide Project Implementation Support including Process Management, Project Management, Effectiveness Measurement
- Successfully lead projects and initiatives through completion and implementation into Production
- Provide leadership for the effective management of Finance projects
- Provide financial accounting support to the Finance Projects under the domain of the FPMO
- Provide Consulting, Business Case Justification, Requirements Analysis on assigned projects
- Challenge executive and business sponsors to clearly identify the value of each initiative
- Ensure accounting practices of the business are appropriate and collaborates with Accounting Policy on implementation of new accounting standards that impact the business
- Identify and escalate key risks to management
- Promptly identify and address control matters; maintains sound control processes
- Organize requirements effort, including resources, monitoring, project coordination, and managing changes
- Ensure solution requirements are understood and fulfilled by the technical design and provide support for their implementation
- Establish and maintain relationships with the Finance key stakeholders
