Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fuel industry.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management.
- Strong understanding of the fuel market, including suppliers and loading terminals.
- Proficiency in using computers and handling phone communications.
- Excellent at handling customer demands and able to withstand high volume at times.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify and engage with alternate vendors and suppliers.
- Knowledge of contract management and negotiation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.
- Stay informed about the fuel market, including suppliers, loading terminals, and product availability.
- Identify and engage with alternate vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and product availability.
- Coordinate effectively with the supply team, dispatch team, internal stakeholders, and external clients and vendors.
- Understand and manage contracts related to fuel supply and sales.
- Monitor and stay up to date on product availability and pricing to provide accurate information to clients and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
