Requirements

  • 3+ years in applications engineering, technical support, or a related field.
  • Familiarity designing control systems, particularly HVAC systems.
  • Familiarity with automation, IoT, or building control systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software integration challenges.
  • Exceptional communication skills: Extraordinary teammate skills with a collaborative, interpersonal communication style. Strong customer-facing skills with an ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in troubleshooting, setup, and optimization of our autonomous building platform.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact, helping clients integrate PassiveLogic solutions into their workflows.
  • Work with clients to integrate PassiveLogic’s hardware and software solutions into building management workflows.
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and customer support teams to ensure customers receive the best possible support and product experience.
  • Guide customers through the implementation process, ensuring smooth and efficient integration.
  • Act as a key feedback loop between customers and internal teams to drive continuous improvement of our solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with system integration, networking, or automation technologies.
  • Strong documentation and training skills to assist customers in understanding PassiveLogic solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of customer challenges.
  • Experience with the programming environment, including software development and exposure to varied programming languages (Python, Swift, etc).
  • Familiarity with AI-driven control platforms, smart building technology, or automation industry standards.
  • Understanding of energy-efficient building systems and sustainability initiatives.
