Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- One year of exposure and demonstrated understanding of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) or building automation systems (BAS).
- Strong customer service background.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, analyzing and/or maintaining Building Automation Systems, remote connections and system malfunctions.
- Respond to alarms and alerts.
- Ensure safe and effective operations and working environments.
- Monitor all critical temperature and humidity devices, such as meters and gauges.
- Assist with inspecting and calibrating devices.
- Assist other caregivers with inventory.
- Record for sensor and control devices related to digital and pneumatic systems.
- Work at other Cleveland Clinic locations as needed.
