Requirements
- 6 years of professional work experience in a technical field
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field and/or equivalent work experience
- Ability to write, understand, and maintain batch and bash scripts (Powershell, Python, and other languages a plus)
- Ability to design and implement modular and easily extensible solutions
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Learn, maintain, and improve existing error checking scripts for games, viewers, and tools
- Learn, maintain, and improve existing game and patch build scripts
- Support internally developed and enterprise (aka Visual Studio) development tools
- Maintain software on build desktops and servers
- Research and experiment with new technologies, tools, and techniques
- Configure and maintain development hardware (aka devkits)
- Configure game development software for various platforms (aka SDKs)
- Manage hardware inventory including desktops, monitors, dev hardware, etc
- Assist with hardware and software orders
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding hires for San Diego Studio
- Create software and support documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of Windows, Mac OS, and Linux
- Experience working with computer hardware and computer networking
- Experience with using Perforce or other version control systems
- Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge or experience with Games or the Game Industry
- General understanding of Baseball and the MLB
