Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and written.
- Ability to multitask and Excellent organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Physical ability: Able to complete sedentary work requiring prolonged sitting, able to complete repetitive motions such as typing/mouse use/operating a phone, ability to look at a screen for long periods of time, tolerate exposure to typical call center sounds and wearing a headset.

Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively over email and phone with customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries- via phone and email to resolve customer issues.
- Liaise with internal teams to determine service requirements, resolve issues, or complaints.
- Coordinate the setup and installation of new accounts.
- Creates and closes out work orders.
- Analyze accountancy activity and suggest opportunities for service improvements to the customer.
- Maintain appropriate documentation, per company policy and internal controls.
- Reconcile customer balances and perform customer audits.
- Understand customers’ aging balances and our local collections policy.
- Reach out to Broker Accounts with any past due balances.
- Understand broker contract language such as, price increases, terms and conditions, service increases/decreases.
Preferred Qualifications
- Sufficient understanding of RMO and ARES, preferred.
