Requirements

  • A persuasive storyteller, creative and original thinker who can uncover the problem we need to solve and the insights we need to do it.
  • A candidate comfortable working across the organization to extract information from our business partners and leaders to translate their needs into marketing objectives, briefs, and strategies.
  • An ability to execute multiple priority projects and briefs simultaneously.
  • Experience working with matrixed global brands and multi-division organizations with separate target audiences for each business unit and corporate area.
  • Established capability to own and develop briefs that are clear, concise and inspiring – leading to inspirational creative work from internal creative teams and agency partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data, insights and competitive landscape analysis into meaningful and actionable marketing insights and briefs. Ability to review marketplace trends and formulate implications recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build stories in presentation form independently and lead brainstorm/idea generation sessions and creative briefings to uncover new opportunities.
  • 10+ years of experience in brand or product planning/strategy, either in-house or at a creative or brand agency.
