Requirements
- Ability to effectively manage time to meet and exceed targets
- A strong desire to succeed
- Previous customer service experience is required, dealership experience preferred
- Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating
- Possess superior customer-focused communication skills
- Must have a clean and valid driver’s license, along with reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity
- Communicate effectively with customers and prospects via phone, e-mail, or in-person
- Handle all incoming internet sales inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Build strong rapport with customers
- Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
- Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection and stay abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc.
- Demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drives; comparing competitive models, and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase
- Learn to overcome objections, negotiate price, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
- Prospect daily for potential customers
- Attend product and sales training as requested by the Sales Manager
- Realize that business is built on customer service and be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customers
- Maintain follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high CSI score
