Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
- 4+ year of partnership sales or a related role.
- Availability for travel, including in-person partner meetings and attendance at conferences and industry events.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with target accounts through proactive outreach.
- Identify, research, and pursue partnership opportunities, such as POS system providers, food supply chain vendors, and complementary technology brands.
- Develop and present proposals for co-branded marketing, revenue-sharing agreements, and lead referral partnerships.
- Negotiate terms, finalize agreements, and ensure compliance with legal and financial standards.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to execute co-branded campaigns and achieve partnership success.
- Serve as the primary contact for key partners, providing regular communication and support.
- Track and report on partnership performance metrics to ensure alignment with sales targets and maximize ROI.
- Address challenges and roadblocks to optimize partnership outcomes.
- Uphold and promote Franki’s core values of inclusivity, innovation, and collaboration in all interactions and strategies.
