Requirements
- Strong presentation skills are required.
- Must possess superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with a heightened sense of attention to detail are key characteristics of the perfect candidate.
- Strong interpersonal skills that allow for healthy internal and external relationships are a must.
- Additionally, strong computer skills whereby the candidate is fluent in cloud base Marketing Software.
- Experience with the Google Platform is a plus.
- Experience with aspects of both B2B and B2C branding processes, including marketing training, customer relationship management (CRM), product demonstrations, and superior data analytics capability.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for marketing and creative activities both digital and traditional (planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts), including guiding the day-to-day activities of partner agencies.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, concepts, and approaches across digital and print platforms/touchpoint.
- Develop and maintain brand standards across all Rentokil-Terminix Brands.
- Work with key stakeholders, such as internal and corporate communications, sales and marketing leaders and HR to ensure colleagues uphold brand consistency throughout written, verbal and other physical assets.
- Conduct annual business reviews analyzing brand performance.
- Measure, analyze and report to RNA’s leadership on marketing programs and campaign performances against predetermined KPI s and ROI.
- Maximize effectiveness and impact by harnessing data to drive predictive, consistent results, make better decisions, and maximize ROI.
Preferred Qualifications
