Responsibilities
- Promote and create makeup magic in store
- Achieve event sales goals and sales per hour target
- Create brand awareness through product knowledge
- Lead by example to promote exceptional customer service
- Demonstrate a positive and cooperative approach towards work and colleagues
- Ensure the counter/gondola is ‘customer ready’ from open to close of business
- Maintain excellent counter hygiene standards
- Assist with maintaining required inventory levels
- Assist with visual merchandising and new launch displays
- Assist in the execution of events
- Maintain consistent communication with Brand field team regarding counter/gondola needs
- Manage schedule, clocking in and out, and submitting time sheets on payroll application
