Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in brand design, ideally within a B2B tech or SaaS environment
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence across content marketing formats—particularly social, web, email, ebooks, decks, and more
  • Experience executing within a fast-paced, high-volume marketing function, ideally in-house
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and external agencies
  • A refined and thoughtful point of view on visual storytelling, with a passion for quality and consistency
  • Proficient in design tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Excited by the opportunity to help build and refine a brand system—not just apply one

Responsibilities

  • Own the design and development of a wide range of marketing assets, including: Email templates and graphics, Presentation decks, Social media creatives, Ebooks, infographics, and research reports, Blog and case study visuals, Event and experiential collateral, Product marketing content and positioning materials, Website visuals and updates, Video graphics and light editing
  • Contribute to the evolution and enforcement of Fieldguide’s visual identity and style guide
  • Build and maintain a scalable asset library and brand design system
  • Templetize common formats to drive consistency and efficiency
  • Provide design counsel and creative direction across corporate marketing programs
  • Partner with content, demand gen, product marketing, field marketing, and PR teams to bring campaigns and initiatives to life
  • Provide thoughtful creative input during content and campaign planning
  • Support Fieldguide’s agency partners and external collaborators with brand design resources and guidance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the accounting, audit, or financial services space
  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics
  • Understanding of accessibility and responsive design best practices
