Adoration Home Health is seeking a dedicated RN Branch Director to lead our Annandale, VA team in delivering exceptional care to patients and families. As Branch Director, you’ll oversee clinical services, set goals, and ensure the highest standards of care while making a meaningful impact from day one.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the Clinical Manager to ensure quality care
- Lead office operations and ensure compliance with regulations
- Address deficiencies identified in audits and surveys
- Supervise administrative staff and guide clinical staff through the Clinical Manager
- Coordinate and evaluate the overall success of the Branch

Ideal candidates will have previous Home Health experience and have held a position as an RN Clinical Manager/Supervisor for at least 1 year in a Home Health setting
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the delivery of care for all patients served by the Branch by providing supervision and support to the Clinical Manager
- Recognizes the clinical leadership of and provides support and supervision to the Clinical Manager(s) to promote effective performance and delivery of quality home care services
- Maintains office operations in an efficient, productive, effective, and organized manner, which provides a safe working environment for employees, meeting local ordinances and fire and safety regulations in compliance with the company policies
- Ensures deficiencies identified during internal or external surveys, or audits are addressed and corrected
- Supervises all administrative employees assigned to the Branch, and through the clinical manager(s), the clinical staff. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Branch
Qualifications
- RN license (either ASN or BSN)
- Minimum of one to two years of experience in health services administration, with at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in Home Health Care or a related Health Care program, per state specific and federal requirements
- Five years of experience in leadership or business development, preferred
- Valid license from the state practicing in
- Current CPR certification
