Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous cashier/customer service experience is a plus
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 18 years or older
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients when they arrive to our Collision Center
- Determine the nature of the client’s visit
- Inform the Estimator of the client’s arrival
- Order Parts
- Write PO’s and invoices
- Schedule appointments for our Estimator via email, phone, and in person
- Provide information to appropriate store personnel regarding client needs and expectations
- Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary
- Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas
- Maintain a consistent level of communication with our Estimators and Managers
