Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license with excellent driving record
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Must maintain a complete understanding of all technological aspects of vehicles
- Communicate effective, efficiently and timely to all guests
- Follow-up with customers in a timely manner and schedule initial service appointment
- Have the ability to explain all features on the vehicles (personal settings, navigation, Bluetooth and garage door pairing), the loaner vehicle process, warranty features, roadside assistance and maintenance schedules
- Introduce customers to the service department team and assist with any follow-up questions
Responsibilities
- Educate customers about the latest and greatest technology in their new car
- Meet with the client to answer all questions in regard to the operation of their vehicle after the sale
- Make follow-up calls after the purchase to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a complete understanding of all technological aspects of vehicles
- Communicate effective, efficiently and timely to all guests
- Inspect each vehicle being delivered to ensure exemplary customer service and a seamless delivery process
- Thoroughly complete all associate paperwork with the delivery
- Maintain a professional image in appearance, words and actions
