Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7+ years of financial industry experience
- Series 7 License (a plus)
- Possess strong technical and analytical skills
- Strong computer and Excel skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of transfer agents and service providers, ensuring a seamless execution of transaction processes, reflecting Blackstone’s quality and brand reputation across function groups and workstreams including client statement reporting, tax generation, compliance, cash reconciliation, etc.
- Analyze trade order reports for Not in Good Order Trades items and identify resolutions
- Drive partner engagement and manage relationships with distributors, custodians and platform operational and trading teams
- Escalating issues and reporting root causes and trends back to management
- Liaise with FinTech Partners on order review, execution and manage trade document inventory
- Work closely with other Investor Service partners like onboarding, Illiquids and Coverage on cross-functional IS and BXPW team initiatives
- Coordinate with internal business partners’ cash and share activity and transaction reporting to balance records with fund accounting records
- Develop, evolve and document operational frameworks for all funds and processes at transfer agents, custodians and other service providers
- Enhance partnership and client level experience via process improvement and workflow analysis, with both operational and Client service focused approaches
Preferred Qualifications
