Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in an investment bank, consulting firm or an advisory firm
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into digestible reporting
- A desire to work in a team environment, often under competing priorities
- Self-motivated with a “can do” attitude, diligent and conscientious work ethic
- Detail-oriented, highly organized and keen attention to details
- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Adaptive, collaborative, positive and proactive mindset
Responsibilities
- Track counterparty liability exposure within BXCI’s balance sheet, including credit leverage facilities and CLO debt
- Aggregate and report on the various types of fees paid to counterparties
- Coordinate and produce the BXCI commentary and internal briefing materials and follow ups for senior management relationship meetings with external counterparties
- Create and update presentations on counterparty relationships and potentials partnerships
- Develop subject matter expertise on relevant topics related to counterparty relationships
- Work closely with other teams including deal teams, treasury, operations, corporate strategic relationships, and technology to gather the most up-to-date information, drive efficiencies in internal reporting, and create automation where applicable
- Various additional recurring and ad hoc relationship requests from senior management
