Requirements
- At least 2 years of Portfolio management, trading, research, or structuring experience in CLOs
- Strong technical skills – must be highly proficient in Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Hardworking, detail oriented and prepared to work in a dynamic environment
- Must have a desire to learn and grow in the role
- Minimum required education: Bachelor’s Degree
Responsibilities
- Helping to execute and monitor overall portfolio strategy and positioning, including by reporting on all portfolios
- Assisting team members in generating trade ideas and investment rationales across multiple strategies
- Ongoing surveillance of market color / deal pipelines via direct contact with dealers/arrangers
- Performing regular manager due diligence meetings and calls
- Assisting with all daily investment activities, including reporting, cash management, performance monitoring and trading.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional programming experience, specifically Python/databases, a plus
