Requirements
- At least five years of experience working in CAD and BIM
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2016 or newer) and Revit
- Strong knowledge of CAD and BIM standards
- Ability to work with facility MEP system drawings, asset hierarchies, and associated O&M documents
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop engineering drawings and models
- Prepare designs from general instruction and/or preliminary sketches, diagrams, or schematics
- Support the creation of detailed project drawings, plans, and models
- Update and create drawings for site development, grading, utility piping layouts, process mechanical plans, and construction details using AutoCAD and Revit
- Produce floor plans, elevations, section cuts, and schedules in AutoCAD and Revit
- Maintain site record drawings and ensure alignment with discipline-specific and company CAD/BIM standards
- Manage workload throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Coordinate with local engineers and remote teams to ensure timely delivery of construction plans and related documents
Preferred Qualifications
- A background in architecture, construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Experience working with remote teams will be a valuable asset
