Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience of leveraging financial and data analytics to solve business problems
  • Proficiency in leveraging SQL, excel modeling and business intelligence tools like Metabase, Looker, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to creatively solve problems
  • High ownership and ability to thrive in a fast moving environment – you will be juggling multiple projects at the same time
  • Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Drive manual billing activities for key accounts
  • Design and implement rates and charges for warehouse activities not covered by existing standard rate cards, partnering with Finance and Operations to ensure alignment with service costs and market benchmarks.
  • Monitor and analyze fulfillment activity data (WMS logs, production reports) to confirm every labor‑intensive and value‑added service is captured and translated into correct billing events
  • Develop and update activity‑based billing rules; configure rate cards and billing settings to support custom services (relabeling, steaming, GOH, repackaging, etc.) and standardize across sites
  • Coordinate with warehouse operations teams to uncover unbilled services, reduce billing leakage, and recommend process optimizations to capture incremental revenue
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies using data analysis to identify process gaps, system issues, or unlogged activities, partnering with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance
  • Compare billing outputs against financial reports, WMS activity, and labor logs; deliver audit‑ready variance analyses to support the financial close and explain key drivers
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track billed vs. unbilled activity, analyze trends and inefficiencies, and highlight opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Create and update billing documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials; deliver sessions to Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure process adherence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics industry is preferred but not required
