Requirements
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in Customer Success or Implementation
- Experience in billing, accounting, revenue cycle management, or other finance-related field
- Experience working in healthcare, ideally with Senior Living operators
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of August’s Billing product with senior living operators across North America—from discovery through go-live and post-launch support
- Own the full project lifecycle for Billing implementations, ensuring communities are set up for long-term success with accurate configurations and strong workflows
- Serve as the product expert for Billing—helping customers navigate setup, integrations, and adoption while collaborating internally to refine our delivery model
- Communicate with all levels of the customer organization, from finance and operations leaders to community staff and home office billing teams
- Provide strategic feedback to our Product and Engineering teams to shape the future of Billing based on real-world use and customer input
- Lead trainings and launch sessions that build confidence and drive adoption with both back-office and community teams
- Develop internal and external resources to support repeatable, high-quality implementations as the product and customer base scale
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our CX, Product, and Go-To-Market teams to continuously improve the customer journey and implementation experience
