Requirements
- Hold bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years equivalent in telemarketing and/or sales experience with a Team or athletic department
- Advanced level Spanish fluency (speaking, reading, and writing); working knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Sales experience with a proven track record demonstrating strong closing skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and to provide tailored solutions ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
- Working familiarity of soccer landscape.
- Customer service skills
- Positive attitude & team oriented
- Willing to work long hours including weekends, matchdays and holidays.
- Excellent knowledge of PC systems including Word, Excel, and database related packages
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
Responsibilities
- Execute a strategic sales plan to sell convert waitlist sign-ups and prospects into season ticket products for Atlanta United FC matches.
- Conduct in-person meetings and sales tours of seating in Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
- Responsible for generating revenue through season ticket and premium ticket sales efforts.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain relationships with season ticket members by phone, email and in person.
- Prospect new companies and other organizations to establishing a personal lead base.
- Help answer incoming sales calls utilizing up-selling techniques.
