Requirements

- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and develop skills through provided training and coaching
Responsibilities
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options
- Engage with the community through events and filling online orders
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Meet sales targets and create meaningful connections with customers
