Requirements
- Must speak Spanish and English
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
- Must be adaptable and open to change in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use a consultative sales approach to guide customers
Responsibilities
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options
- Participate in community events
- Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
- Meet sales targets and earn commissions
Preferred Qualifications
