Requirements

• One to three years of similar or related experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish

Responsibilities

• Contact delinquent accounts by phone and mail; take appropriate action to bring current
• Analyze financial situation of delinquent borrowers; make recommendations to repossess collateral when other arrangements to bring the loan current are unsuccessful
• Maintain accurate files and reports on all collections activity

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working for a credit union is a plus
