Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs and define project objectives
- Design and develop engaging and interactive learning experiences using various instructional design methodologies and technologies
- Create instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and assessments
- Utilize data and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make continuous improvements
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and learning technologies
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed
- Mentor and support junior instructional designers and team members
