Requirements
- Fully Bilingual in French and English
- Must reside in the province of Ontario
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years of customer service/ sales experience
- Call center experience would be an asset
- Aptitude to successfully complete and pass required licensing
Responsibilities
- Provide solutions and counsel existing and new TD clients on their auto and property insurance needs
- Achieve goals related to insurance advice and solutions
- Ensure quality and productivity objectives are met
- Process call backs, submissions, and mail in a timely manner
- Be accountable for providing a high level of service to our clients
- Perform various assigned tasks
- Promote company features and benefits as part of ongoing portfolio reviews
- Discuss a variety of products at every opportunity
- Promote client loyalty through attention to detail and relationship-building
- Remain current on all company philosophies and procedures
