Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education, training, or experience.
  • At least two years of customer service, call center, or insurance industry experience or equivalent education, training, or experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first contact for customers and injured workers, delivering excellent customer service.
  • Answer inbound phone calls, resolve caller needs, and provide information.
  • Retain a significant amount of information, follow a structured schedule, and provide individualized attention to each customer.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 60 hours of college credit preferred
  • 5 years of high volume call center experience or 5 years of insurance industry experience preferred.
