3 to 5 years of progressive experience as a Business & Systems Analyst
Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada
Reliability Status: Must be eligible for and obtain a Government of Canada Reliability Status security clearance through Sun Life
Good understanding of privacy, compliance, control, and security requirements
Skilled in test execution and understanding the outcomes
Technical aptitude and ability to translate technical jargon into business language
Strong analytical skills and comfortable with data requirements and related data activities
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with technical and business personnel
Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed and/or ambiguous environments
Good multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments

Analyze and define user needs and translate them into system requirements/epics/user stories/data mapping documents
Work with the team to conduct analysis on business requests with a focus on the links between processes and systems throughout the organization
Create and/or provide comments into internal and external communications and user documentation
Review and provide comments on business and technical documentation
Support business on the roll-out of what has been developed with a focus on end-to-end validation
