Requirements
- Benefit administration experience, Workday experience preferred
- Attention to detail

- Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships (developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others)
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration
- General knowledge of accounting
Responsibilities
- Administer and ensure compliance of all Benefit Plans: Insurance plans (medical, dental, vision, life, STD, LTD, supplemental), 401(k), ESPP, FSA (health, dependent), Commuter benefits, Wellness Bonus
- Process payment of all benefit billings and ensure payments are on time and accurate.
- Audit benefit carriers and Workday to ensure all employee changes have been accurately entered into systems
- Review system integrations, system configuration, and reporting
- Administer and process: Disability Claims, Benefit Verifications & Medical Support Orders, Qualifying Life Events, Loss of Life Events, COBRA, Union Dues
- Advise employees on eligibility, coverage, and other benefit matters.
- Function as a liaison between employees and carriers to help resolve employee concerns
