Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, and/or public relations
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- BA/BS in marketing, public relations, communications, business, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Support Employee Health and Benefits clients in communicating with and educating their employees on their benefits programs
- Work directly with clients, sales and service teams, communication specialists, and graphic designers to build client communication strategies and plans
- Align a client’s benefit goals with inspiring messaging, design, and a strong communication strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of employee benefits programs: employer-based healthcare, voluntary benefits, retirement benefits, employee assistance programs, etc.
- Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of AP style guidelines
