Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in leave of absence and/or benefits administration
  • Advanced proficiency in ADP WorkforceNow (or comparable HRIS/Benefits system), Google Workspace, and Excel
  • Previous knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws
  • Demonstrates outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and technical ability
  • Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the global leave of absence and accommodations program in partnership with the company’s third-party leave administrator
  • Provide leave of absence and accommodations expertise to employees and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with Payroll to support the processing of leave-related wage payments and provide related reporting as needed
  • Assist in administrating the domestic and global employee benefit programs by supporting employees, the Benefits Team, and other internal stakeholders
  • Partner with Accounting and Payroll as needed to provide information to assist with journal entries and other backend items
  • Partner with the Benefits Team and US & global brokers for benefits renewal and full-cycle US Open Enrollment process
  • Ensure the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in ADP WorkforceNow to provide vendors with correct eligibility information
  • Frequently draft and refine various benefit communications and collateral; ensure legally required communications are up-to-date and distributed appropriately
  • Document and maintain administrative procedures for assigned benefits processes
  • Develop and implement employee wellness initiatives as a core member of the Wellness Committee
