Requirements
- A friendly and professional communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and working with a team.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or service support is a plus (automotive experience preferred).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus!
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with sales or service inquiries.
- Follow up on leads and schedule sales appointments and service visits.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.
- Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and marketing teams to meet client needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or service support is a plus (automotive experience preferred).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus!
