Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, business administration, computer science, business management, or system controls & engineering or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering with more than 4 years in architecture discipline.
- Superior technical knowledge, engineering rigor, and creative problem-solving.
- Ability to explain complex technology topics to senior executives.
- Extensive technical expertise and knowledge of various technology stacks, cloud native applications, omnichannel architecture, integration methodologies, API and Microservices architecture, structured and unstructured databases, high-speed transaction processing systems, real-time logging, disaster recovery, next gen capabilities (e.g. AI/ML, IoT, Blockchain), data analytics architecture, programming paradigms, and process automation approaches.
- Experience in agile engineering and tooling support.
- Willingness to travel to work with clients and BCG teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in related fields not required but preferred.
