Responsibilities
- Collaborative: Work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce admins, developers, and third-party vendors to align on solution design, delivery, and adoption.
- Agile Advocates: Lead Salesforce delivery using agile methodologies — shaping user stories, prioritizing backlogs, and driving iterative releases across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
- Comfortable with Ambiguity: Thrive in dynamic environments where Salesforce is part of a broader tech stack, navigating evolving business needs and loosely defined requirements.
- Technical Experts: Understand Salesforce capabilities in depth — including Flows, Apex, CPQ, Data Cloud, and integrations — and use that knowledge to design robust, scalable solutions.
- Change Agents: Drive Salesforce-powered business transformation by aligning teams on platform capabilities, leading enablement, and integrating Salesforce into broader enterprise roadmaps.
- Influencers: Serve as trusted advisors who shape Salesforce strategy, influence technology decisions, and build executive confidence in platform investments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep Salesforce Product Expertise: Deep experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Communities), Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Education Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Data Cloud and other SF offerings.
- Change Management and Adoption: Leading enablement sessions, preparing end-user training materials, and ensuring business teams adopt Salesforce features effectively.
- Continuous Innovation: Keeping up with Salesforce releases (3x per year), new features (like Agentforce, Einstein), and bringing that innovation into project delivery.
