Requirements
- High school or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
- Operational knowledge of assigned line of business.
- Proficient in basic computer applications such as MicroSoft Office software products

Responsibilities
- Support project-oriented work efforts of problem identification and resolution, performance, productivity improvement and quality enhancements and delivery.
- Assist in single-system or program implementation, develop and test any training as a result of conclusions reached in project-related activities or policy change.
- Gather data, create and maintain databases in order to compile and prepare reports, graphs, and charts to help establish procedures and quality control standards.
- Proactively participate in review of and updates to procedures to meet business unit changes, to insure compliance with policies and government regulations.
