Requirements
- Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
- Must have a minimum 8 years of AD/BMD Mission Area experience as a qualified Tactical Action Officer or BMD Watch Officer or CSC (for a minimum of three years)
- A minimum of 5 years must have been served onboard an AEGIS DDG and or CG
- Naval Warfare Specialist
- Warfare experience in implementation of Task Group Concept as an Air Defense Warfare Commander (B/SUWC/BMD) or as a senior staff member for a Task Group/Force Commander, or as a Senior Facilitator with equivalent experience training warfare commanders or senior staff members
- Must have 5 years scenario development/training/operation experience with Joint Semi Automated Forces (JSAF); Multi-System Automated Remote-Control Interface (MARCI)
- Must have 5 years’ experience with Tactical Data Information Link generation systems supporting LOS Link 11(A) /16(J), Satellite-J, Link 16, Global Command and Control System-Maritime (GCCS-M); Tactical Voice/Data Communications
- Must have experience in naval warfare operations or conducting training for naval warfare or equivalent joint experience
Responsibilities
- The contractor shall provide technical, tactical, and administrative support to provide FBP, FST-U, STW and BMD distributed training to ships and provide feedback to ATGSD, ATGPNW, and ATGMP, as applicable.
