Requirements
- 2+ years of engineering experience in Javascript/TypeScript
- Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision
- Self-motivated and able to efficiently run with a project without close supervision
- Ability to work well with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills — you should be able to clearly articulate your decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own, maintain, and enhance features across an array of projects
- Work with the product & engineering team to navigate challenges
- Perform the engineering lift needed to accomplish core objectives
- Support APIs that power the cross-platform Barstool experience
- Keep up with the latest technologies and tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Content Publishing/CMS
- Experience in Video & Streaming (ffmpeg, hls, video delivery, QOS, etc)
- Experience in Ecommerce
- Experience in Ad Tech
- Experience in Podcasts/Audio Tech
- Experience with Transcription or other commercial ML tools
