Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing/sales experience, with a focus on product marketing management, go-to-market strategy, and demand generation.
  • Proven experience leading and growing high-performance marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of B2B customer acquisition, retention, and product adoption strategies.
  • Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to drive revenue growth through effective product positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging for a variety of audiences.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Comfortable being client facing for new product GTM and receiving client feedback.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and execute the product marketing strategy for B2B and B2C products, client and user satisfaction, and product adoption.
  • Work with leadership to build out capacity needs, processes, and cross-functional structure for the function.
  • Own the product positioning and messaging, ensuring it aligns with our company’s overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Develop product go-to-market strategies for new product launches, enhancements, and feature rollouts.
  • Partner with Sales to drive product adoption and support revenue growth.
  • Conduct deep market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry.
  • Bring ideas and strategies to the table based on industry insights to add to our product offerings.
  • Provide leadership with actionable insights on market dynamics, competitor positioning, and emerging trends to inform business strategy.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on product launches, sales enablement, and customer journeys.
  • Partner with teams launching new verticals and supporting integrating these into our workflows.
  • Act as the internal product evangelist, ensuring that all teams understand the product and can effectively communicate its benefits and features.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for all product marketing activities and ensure consistent tracking and reporting.
  • Drive continuous optimization of marketing campaigns and product strategies based on data-driven insights and performance analysis.
  • Ensure efficient budget management for product marketing initiatives while maximizing ROI.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cannabis industry
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
