Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar role, with a demonstrable depth of expertise in Azure
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Datadog
- Solid command-line skills and experience with Linux system administration, including security hardening best practices
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, firewalls, and load balancing
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization concepts, including building, managing, and troubleshooting containerized applications
- Strong scripting skills in languages like Bash or Python
- Familiarity with both relational databases and NoSQL solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, provision, and manage cloud resources on Azure and AWS, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency
- Implement and maintain security best practices throughout our cloud infrastructure, protecting our data and applications from threats
- Develop and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment of our SaaS applications
- Implement robust monitoring and logging solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring high availability
- Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across our cloud infrastructure.
