Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or an equivalent amount of work experience
- 4+ years of experience in Axiom development
- 4+ years banking experience
- Strong understanding of extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from various systems into the Axiom platform
- Proficiency in Axiom ControllerView and other Axiom components: Data Sources, Data Models, Shorthand’s, Portfolios, Aggregations, Tabular Reports, Free Forms, and Data Lineage
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining data integrity
- Expertise in data mapping metadata management and performance optimization
- Familiarity with error handling, logging mechanisms, and security measures
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Axiom solutions to meet business requirements, resolve technical issues, and optimize performance
- Collaborate with business, project managers, and other developers to understand project requirements
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Ability to troubleshoot all issues within Axiom and work with vendor to resolve open items
- Have a good understanding of scalability and needed solutions
- Strong understanding of financial technology and regulatory reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
- Experience with cloud technologies and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of other financial reporting tools and technologies
- Axiom certified
