Requirements
- Proven background in public sector or mobility sales leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing large teams (100+ employees) and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong operational acumen and strategic planning capability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, market expansion, or sales strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive short- and long-term sales strategies to drive market growth and customer impact.
- Lead FirstNet field execution across the Central Region, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
- Manage strategic partnerships, alliances, and public sector relationships to enhance market presence.
- Guide national and local strategic initiatives, including launch plans, field enablement, and communications.
- Conduct market research and deliver insights that inform sales strategy and performance improvement.
- Promote a culture of innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with public sector regulatory frameworks and AT&T corporate standards.
- Manage business performance, headcount planning, and resource allocation across a geographically distributed team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in telecommunications, technology-driven industries, or with FirstNet/public safety customers.
- Advanced degree (MBA or MS) in a related discipline.
- Sales leadership experience in mobility or public sector-focused organizations.
