Requirements
- Experience working directly with or within the Department of Homeland Security.
- Demonstrated success managing large, matrixed teams in a complex organizational environment.
- Proven ability to create and execute strategic account growth plans.
- Strong operational leadership with a focus on delivery, compliance, and measurable results.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Lead business development, field execution, and strategic planning efforts across DHS and defense-related entities.
- Develop and implement short- and long-term growth strategies aimed at doubling the business within 2–3 years.
- Coach and enable frontline teams to build strong agency relationships and deliver against performance goals.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution across operations, legal, compliance, and delivery.
- Drive solution innovation by identifying customer challenges and aligning AT&T capabilities to mission outcomes.
- Manage account P&L, resource allocation, and performance reporting to ensure business goals are met or exceeded.
- Ensure compliance with government contracting requirements and support the acquisition of necessary clearances.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Policy, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA or MS) in a related field.
- Experience in telecommunications, technology, or a government contracting environment.
- Prior leadership experience in federal market development, defense, or national security accounts.
