Requirements
- University Degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Delivery Lead for Document Management implementations – preferably OpenText Exstream
- Strong understanding of P&C insurance processes
- Excellent project management skills with a record of successful project delivery
- Experience with agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Time management skills with the ability to establish priorities and effective follow-up
- Must be a team-player, a team builder, and a driver.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of transformation and run initiatives, ensuring they meet quality standards and business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Systems Analysts and Template Configurators, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
- Collaborate with partners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
- Consistent focus on business outcomes and benefits
- Provide leadership and guidance to the delivery teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in delivery practices.
- Ensure that project management and software development adhere to established standards.
- Design IT application flows and develop industry solutions within the Personal and Commercial Lines ecosystem.
- Provide thought leadership in the development of new systems and processes that enhance business efficiency and productivity.
