Requirements
- Subject matter expertise of the Custody family of products; Global Custody, Direct Custody and associated FX and Cash products.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to drive problem resolution.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort with presenting to all levels within the organization.
- Comfort level working and interacting with complex clients.
- Working knowledge of data visualisation tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and able to manage multiple responsibilities at any given time.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Americas Custody Product Managers to manage commercial growth and business development efforts.
- Manage and address client inquiries and provide required analysis.
- Drive client/product solutioning engaging with relevant business stakeholder to achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide product domain expertise to the Product Managers in the day to day running of the business.
- Support the documentation of new or enhanced products.
- Work with the Product Managers to identify areas for improvement of the core product.
Preferred Qualifications
- Seasoned Officer/AVP with 5+ years’ experience in Securities Services.
- Prior experience working in Operations and/or Technology.
- Consultative experience working with Institutional Investors.
- Comfort with driving transformative agendas.
- Strong team player who is comfortable working across complex organisations and collaborating with partners.
- Excellent track record of executing for desired outcomes.
