Requirements

  • 8-10 years’ experience working with complex Insurance solutions and systems in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing processes supporting business analysis and requirements documentation, including a strong adherence to standards and delivery of high-quality artifacts.
  • Deep experience in technology project management.
  • Experience in Agile methodology processes, practices, and artifacts.
  • Demonstrated experience in large technology implementation efforts.
  • Strong ability to lead through influence.
  • Demonstrated experience leading in large multi-disciplinary team environments.
  • Leadership and management experience of a team of Business Solution Analysts.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Head of the Business Requirements Delivery team for the core Insurance systems at Everest.
  • Work across the Underwriting, Claims, and Accounting business functions for Reinsurance.
  • Collaborate with Technology colleagues to understand needed business capabilities.
  • Organize and drive efforts to define, scope, and size business system solutions.
  • Deliver business system requirements as part of implementation efforts.
  • Ensure adherence to Business Architecture processes and artifact standards.
  • Accountable for managing a team of analysts and fostering a culture of execution excellence.
