Requirements
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification is preferred
- 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Familiarity with the latest diagnostic equipment and tools
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on a variety of makes and models, specializing in Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid flushes
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, providing timely and effective solutions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and environmental guidelines
- Ensure customer vehicles are returned in excellent condition, meeting all repair and service standards
- Keep detailed records of work performed and report any additional concerns or necessary repairs to the Service Advisor
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques through ongoing training and professional development
- Work collaboratively with other technicians and service staff to deliver a seamless customer experience
