Requirements
- Prior automotive sales experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided for motivated individuals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic about helping customers and providing an excellent buying experience.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to achieve results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using basic computer systems and sales-related software.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting a new or pre-owned Mazda vehicle that fits their needs and budget.
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers.
- Provide accurate information on financing, leasing, and trade-in options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, following up to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance standards.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, vehicle technology, and industry trends.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct throughout the customer interaction process.
- Collaborate with the finance, service, and management teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally.
