Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories. Mercedes Benz and Porsche experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and parts catalogs.
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting parts and accessories, providing expert advice and information.
• Process orders for parts and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Maintain and manage inventory levels, ensuring parts are well-stocked and organized.
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure parts are available for vehicle repairs.
• Handle customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues promptly.
• Utilize parts catalogs and computer systems to locate and order parts efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts department.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on new products and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field is preferred.
• Mercedes Benz and Porsche experience strongly preferred.
