Requirements
- Exceptional customer service and verbal and written communications skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in automotive eCommerce sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and parts and accessories market.
- Exceptional customer service skills and experience managing customer relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing sales data and identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong Excel and Word knowledge
- Ability to handle high volume workload and ability to multi-task
- Consistent and persistent completion of outbound calls
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our eCommerce sales channels for automotive sales, including acquisitions and retention.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Manage customer relationships, including responding to inquiries, handling customer complaints, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with our in-store team to identify new products and opportunities for growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service: Your eCommerce department should provide outstanding customer service to build customer loyalty and drive repeat sales. Respond quickly to customer inquiries and complaints and offer self-service options such as a knowledge base or FAQ section.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
